1. Introduction
At Wellbee Social Inc. (“Wellbee Social,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we aim to provide a high-quality experience for all our members, including: learners, event attendees, instructors, and event organizers. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted and how they are processed. By making a purchase on Wellbee Social, Wellbee Academy, or Wellbee Events, users agree to the terms outlined below.
2. General Refund Policy

Course and Event Refunds are managed and authorized solely by Wellbee Social.
Instructors do not handle these refunds directly, and any approved refunds will result in the instructor not receiving earnings for the refunded transaction.
- Refunds, once processed, are final and cannot be reversed.
- Payment processing and service fees applied at checkout are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Each payment provider processes refunds according to their own policies. Users should connect with their payment gateway should they have questions regarding refund processing times.
3. Course Refunds
- Refunds for course purchases are available within 7 days of purchase, provided that less than 10% of the course has been completed.
- Users requesting a refund after the 7-day period or after completing more than 10% of the course will not be eligible for a refund.
- Course refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
- Access to the course will be revoked immediately once the refund process has begun.
4. Event Refunds

Refunds for event ticket purchases may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Event Cancellation: If an event is canceled by the organizer or Wellbee Social.
- Rescheduled Event: If an event is significantly rescheduled and the attendee cannot attend the new date.
- Significant Changes: If the event details (e.g., venue, format) change substantially.
- Refunds for event tickets will be processed within 5-10 business days of approval.
5. Paid Membership Refunds (Wellbee AI Unlimited Access)
- No refunds will be issued for Wellbee AI memberships.
- Upon cancellation of a Wellbee AI membership, the user will retain unlimited access to Wellbee AI until the end of the current billing cycle.
- Users must cancel their membership before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
6. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable, even in cases where a refund is granted for the base purchase price:
- Payment Processing Fee (5.75%) – Covers transaction processing costs.
- Service Fee (7.25%) – Supports platform maintenance and customer service.
7. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, users must:
- Use our Contact Page or send an email to he***@we*****.social.
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or transaction ID).
- For event and course refunds, state the reason for the refund (e.g., cancellation, schedule conflict, etc.).
Refund requests will be reviewed within 3-5 business days of submission.
8. Disputes and Chargebacks
- If a user initiates a chargeback with their bank or payment provider, Wellbee Social reserves the right to dispute the claim and provide documentation proving adherence to this Refund Policy.
- Users with excessive or fraudulent refund requests may be subject to account suspension.
9. Policy Updates
Wellbee Social reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Users will be notified of any significant changes via email or platform announcements.
